Schedule: Sunday - Thursday; 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for Aliso Creek Apartments, a 535-unit community. This role offers an excellent career growth opportunity in property management.

The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor supervises and coordinates employee activities and outside contractors involved in maintaining and repairing buildings and grounds.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Directing employees and contractors in renovations, service requests, structural repairs, and ground maintenance.
• Obtaining bids from contractors and analyzing them for approval.
• Ordering supplies, appliances, and equipment.
• Coordinating and inspecting work performed by vendors.
• Inspecting facilities to determine maintenance needs.
• Estimating work hours and establishing work procedures.
• Recommending operational improvements.
• Assisting in budgeting and emergency coverage.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Prefer Yardi experience.
• Proficiency in all trades.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Availability to work weekends and overtime.

Salary range: $26.00 - $28.00/hour. Benefits include 401(k) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and discounts. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits and vacation accrual.
