ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Daytona Beach, FL to service and repair a range of apartment homes and amenities. You will perform preventive and on-demand maintenance, including painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and EPA/CPO certifications are required or obtained within six months.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years maintenance experience.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and EPA certifications required (or obtained within six months).

Mansioni

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on apartments and amenities.
• Paint, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Maintain EPA logs, safety records and inventories.
• Respond to on-call maintenance requests, including nights and weekends.
