Aufgaben

• Complete make-ready repairs and inspections per the community checklist.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, baths and showers.
• Inspect sheetrock and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
• Touch-up paint for vacant and occupied units as directed.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; clean and paint curbs and signage.
• Assist in cost-control by using materials efficiently and avoiding waste.
• Complete maintenance documentation on time as required by supervision.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA and related safety requirements.
• Provide courteous resident service and promptly address maintenance questions or concerns.
• Promote a positive image of the apartment community and management company.
