Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Director who blends hands-on maintenance with strong leadership to guide the maintenance team and ensure residents are well taken care of.

You will handle service requests, make-ready tasks, and participate in preventative maintenance and safety programs, while communicating with residents, vendors, and leadership to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications required.
• 1-2 years of full-time apartment maintenance experience (required).
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance (required).
• Own a basic set of hand tools (required).
• Able to read service requests and communicate with team in English (required).
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leading maintenance team.
• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
• Communicate with residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management Program and Safety Programs.
