Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1–2 years of full-time apartment maintenance experience or related trade experience (electric, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC).
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leading maintenance team and coordinating service requests.
• Prepare make-ready apartments and maintain common areas.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization; participate in preventative maintenance.
