Zusammenfassung

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Director to blend hands-on maintenance with strong leadership. You will oversee maintenance tasks, prepare units for occupancy, and handle service requests while ensuring safety and high resident satisfaction.

The role requires supervisory skills, basic tools, and ability to read service requests in English. A valid driver’s license and Yardi familiarity are valued in a team-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of full-time apartment maintenance or related trade experience (electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC).
• Possess supervisory/managerial skills and ability to travel within metro areas.

Aufgaben

• Lead maintenance team in daily operations.
• Prepare make-ready apartments and complete service requests.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Perform common area maintenance and participate in preventative maintenance.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs and communicate with residents, vendors, and leadership.
• Respond to emergency calls outside normal hours.
