Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
• Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain and update records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and work orders.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to participate in on-call rotation every other week.
• It is preferred that the ideal candidate will live within a 30-minute drive to the property.
• HVAC certified.
• CPO certified a plus.
• Previous experience in a maintenance role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repair techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
