What we are looking for

We need someone to keep our accommodation and holiday park in top condition by repairing, maintaining, renewing, and improving everything from entrance signage to fences.

Who are we?

We are a dynamic company with 27 UK resorts, including Tattershall Lakes, a lakeside paradise in Lincolnshire. Our resort offers activities like paddleboarding, jet skis, outdoor lido, indoor pool, complex, Spiegel tent, and more for guests of all ages and pets.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our team, you will assist the Maintenance Manager with:

• Essential maintenance and repairs, such as fixing taps, shelves, and TVs
• Supporting and working alongside experienced team members
• Maintaining high standards, exceeding customer expectations, and following health and safety regulations
• Performing maintenance checks and repairs on changeover days, collaborating with other tradespeople
• Handling various tasks as needed

You will need to be confident, friendly, and practical, ready to fix what’s broken and restore order for our guests and team.

Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need

We will train you, but you should have:

• Basic understanding of health & safety at work
• Full UK driving license
• Previous plumbing experience
