Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a part-time, non-benefited Assistant for Mail Services/Warehouse to support daily operations in Mail Services, Shipping and Receiving, and Warehouse. You will perform clerical tasks, data entry, and help move mail, packages, freight, and supplies across campus while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities include inventorying items, verifying purchase orders, and coordinating with campus departments.
The Assistant, Mail Services/Warehouse position is a part-time, non-benefited position that is responsible for assisting in the daily operations for Mail Services, Shipping and Receiving, and Warehouse Operations in a manner that provides efficient and effective performance. This position provides excellent customer service, a professional appearance, timely work and good communication skills to ensure a productive working and learning environment for students, faculty and staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing and coordinating shipping, receiving, and delivery of mail, packages, freight and supplies. Duties include performing a variety of clerical tasks, data entry, and physical effort of maintaining a warehouse with minimal supervisory oversight. May require some work after normal business hours. Other tasks may be assigned based on contemporary institutional needs.
$15.03/hr.
