Laramie County Community College is seeking a Library Assistant to support patrons with circulation, issue library cards, and process payments using library systems. The role collaborates with staff to enhance student success in a welcoming learning environment.
The position is non-exempt, offers compensation of $13.33 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus customer service experience. Enrollment in at least 6 credits per semester is preferred.
The Library Assistant is a student position which assists patrons with circulation processes while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Library Assistants also collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance student success and provide excellent customer service in a supportive learning environment.
Compensation: $13.33/hr.

Starting Date: As soon as practical after the hiring process.
this position is non-exempt and is eligible for compensatory or overtime pay provisions of the FLSA. This listing of essential duties is not all-inclusive, but representative, other duties may be assigned.
