Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and comply with Pratt Industries Safety rules and procedures.
• Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Ensure quality by stopping bad products from leaving the facility.
• Assist Machine Operator to maximize equipment utilization and improve setup times.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and prevent hazards.
• Cross-train on other machines and learn plant positions.
