• Work safely and follow Pratt Industries safety rules; participate in Plant Safety Committee.
• Support the Machine Operator to maximize equipment utilization and efficiency.
• Assist with setup, operation, and cleanup of production machines; document production data and maintenance requests.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and report quality issues to prevent defects.
