Job summary

Liberty Diversified International is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator II at our Omaha, NE facility to safely produce quality corrugated products. You will support setting up orders, perform quality checks, stack orders, and communicate issues as part of a small team led by a Production Supervisor.

Weekend/overtime availability is required. The role involves assisting with minor equipment tasks and maintaining a clean, safe work area while contributing to overall equipment efficiency and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1+ year manufacturing experience.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Able to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Must be available for overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with order setup per customer specs and prepare tools accordingly.
• Support machine operators during quality checks and first article inspections.
• Monitor production metrics such as rates, quality, maintenance and downtime.
• Communicate equipment issues and assist with troubleshooting to maximize efficiency.
• Intermittently assist with minor repairs with the maintenance team.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
