Job summary

Liberty Diversified International's Phoenix facility is hiring an Assistant Machine Operator II to safely produce quality corrugated products. You will assist with setup, perform quality checks, stack orders, and communicate issues to operators and supervisors.

You’ll help monitor production metrics and support maintenance with minor repairs as needed. Eligible employees receive health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company matching, and annual incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or 1+ year manufacturing experience.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (add/sub/multiply/divide).
• Experience reading and following detailed work instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of orders per customer specs and prepare tools.
• Support quality checks by inspecting articles and first article.
• Monitor production metrics and track rates, quality, downtime.
• Communicate equipment issues to leaders and assist troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
• Assist maintenance with minor repairs as needed.
• Keep work area clean and organized following post-order procedures.
• Follow plant safety processes for the machine center.
