Job summary

Liberty Diversified International, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator II for our Rock Island, IL facility. You will support machine operators, set up orders, perform quality checks, stack products, and communicate issues to maximize efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1+ year manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist setup of orders per customer specs and prepare tools.
• Participate in quality checks by inspecting articles and first articles.
• Monitor production metrics and downtime, report issues.
• Help troubleshoot equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Assist with minor repairs with maintenance team.
• Maintain clean, organized work area per process.
• Follow safety procedures for the machine center.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
