Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely and follow procedures.
• Assist with setup, operation, and cleanup of equipment; perform quality checks.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and report safety hazards.
• Help improve processes while meeting schedule, cost, and quality goals.
• Train and assist other operators and learn cross-training across machines.
