Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months’ experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Prior packaging industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely and in accordance with GMPs and safety rules.
• Improve setup times and reduce downtime while maintaining high quality.
• Train and assist junior operators and cross-train on other machines.
• Complete production, machine status, safety, and quality data reports accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and report maintenance needs.
