Pratt Industries is seeking a Machine Operator to safely operate production machines, perform setup and cleanup, and contribute to continuous improvements to meet customer demand.

The role requires adherence to GMPs, quality procedures, and strong attention to detail to prevent defects from leaving the facility. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be prepared for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: prior packaging industry experience and 6 months manufacturing.
• Lift truck operator license may be required.
• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely and efficiently.
• Set up, run, and clean machinery; suggest improvements to operations.
• Follow GMPs and Pratt Industries safety rules.
• Maintain quality by preventing defects and catching issues early.
• Report maintenance needs and equipment concerns to supervision.
• Complete required production and quality reports accurately.
