Qualifications

• Able to read and follow instructions clearly and safely.
• Attention to quality and compliance with procedures.
• Ability to work in a safety‑driven manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and follow Pratt safety rules; participate in Plant Safety Committee.
• Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Processes).
• Learn and comply with quality procedures; prevent bad quality from reaching customers.
• Maximize equipment utilization and improve setup times; report mechanical concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and report safety hazards.
• Cross‑train on other machines and learn additional plant positions.
• Submit necessary reports: Production Data, Machine Status, Safety and Quality Data.
• Submit maintenance work orders for repairs and maintain equipment.
• Adhere to production schedule and suggest optimizations.
• Overtime may be required; 24x7 operations.
