You will lead leasing activities from first contact through move-in, inspect units for quality, and assist with marketing campaigns to attract qualified prospects.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales aptitude, and the ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Some Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• One year of experience in property management or similar high volume sales/real estate environment.
• Experience with Yardi software products preferred.

Job description

Strong written and oral communication skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team. Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software/CRM systems preferred. Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, maintain confidentiality, and provide dependable support to the Community Manager and leasing team. Mon-Fri 8:30am -5pm and some Saturdays 8am-5pm

Assistant Leasing Managers are an essential part of the community team, providing support to our Leasing Managers and Leasing Professionals. They lead by example; they are skilled in leasing, customer service focused, and results oriented.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Encourage and build positive relationships with all team members, customers, and vendors
• Manage leasing process from first point of contact to move-in
• Inspect apartments and the community to ensure product quality
• Assist the Leasing Manager with all aspects of community marketing and advertising
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios and achieve budgeted occupancy
• Assist the Leasing Manager with training and coaching the leasing team
• Stay abreast of industry trends
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Contribute to community and company engagement efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers/supervisors
