• Experience supervising food production and staff.

• Ability to train and develop Back of House team.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and oversees the production of food

• Manages Back of House staff and non-scheduled support
• Conducts line Taste and Temp checks
• Ensures proper handling, storage, and maintenance of items
• Manages inventory and tracks waste

• Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales
• Keeps safe food handling practices
• Develops Back of House employees
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
