Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a rockstar Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily operation of the Back of House and assisting with ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation of food. Responsibilities of the Assistant Kitchen Manager

• Supervise and oversee food production
• Ensure compliance with employment policies
• Monitor tickets and set pace during peak hours
• Manage through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, cooking, etc.
• Conduct formal line Taste and Temp checks
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Manage inventory and track waste under the Kitchen Manager's direction
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment
• Ensure consistency in food and service to increase sales
• Practice safe food handling procedures
• Ensure staff follow recipes and procedures
• Create a safe environment and develop Back of House employees
• Maintain cleanliness and safety for guests
• Uphold the restaurant's culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
