FULL JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Customer Advocate / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, demonstrating professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role is open to individuals seeking short-term, part-time, or full-time work from home. Hours are flexible, and no previous experience is required. Our market survey participants come from diverse backgrounds, including roles such as Customer Service Representative, Data Entry Clerk, Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, and Sales Assistant.
As a Customer Advocate / Customer Service Representative, you will ensure a seamless customer experience by managing all customer interactions independently. You will coordinate with various departments to address requests and needs promptly, providing transparent communication, preemptive solutions, and efficient order management to create a frictionless experience. You will report directly to the Supervisor of Customer Experience.
Responsibilities include managing customer requests related to orders, discrepancies, product inquiries, returns, and exceptions throughout the order cycle, including inventory delivery. You will collaborate with company channels (GSC, Pricing, SPA, A/R, Sales, BUs) to meet customer expectations and foster brand loyalty. Maintaining relationships with regional customers and sales teams through effective communication is essential.
You will monitor customer satisfaction via surveys and implement corrective actions as needed. Developing and proposing solutions for customer issues and coordinating with internal teams for resolution are key parts of the role. Additionally, this position offers flexibility for part-time remote work, making it a good opportunity for side earnings.
Additional administrative tasks include compiling, verifying, and entering customer data, acting as an assistant to the HR Manager, maintaining activity logs, data entry of confidential information, and managing calls, texts, emails, appointments, and travel reservations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Additional responsibilities include providing feedback on company services, product testing, and participating in online focus groups.
