Pay: $48,000 - $75,000 annually

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily Back of House operations, including ordering, receiving, preparation, and food presentation. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch Legendary Food, apply today!

As an Assistant Kitchen Manager, your responsibilities include:

1. Supervising and overseeing food production
2. Enforcing employment policies in collaboration with management
3. Monitoring tickets and managing pace during peak hours
4. Managing through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking as needed
5. Conducting formal line Taste and Temperature checks
6. Ensuring proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
7. Managing inventory and tracking waste under the Kitchen Manager's direction
8. Maintaining cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance
9. Ensuring consistency in food and service to increase sales
10. Practicing safe food handling procedures
11. Ensuring Back of House staff follow recipes and procedures
12. Creating a safe environment and aiding in staff development
13. Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times
