At hosted·ai, our customers are service providers building their own GPU clouds. Your job is to get them from the first demo, through POC, to full production - and to make sure they always know someone’s in their corner.

As Customer Advocate, you’ll guide each new customer through onboarding and rollout. From first call to go-live, you’ll coordinate across teams, clear roadblocks, and keep everything on track.

You’re also the customer’s safety net - if something’s stuck, they come to you. And when they do, you’ll have direct access to whoever you need inside the company to get it sorted - from engineering to c-level execs.

You work for the customer, full stop. Your job is to earn their trust, protect their time, and make hosted·ai deliver on its promise.

This is not a sales role. You won’t be chasing upsells or quotas.

We build in public, and so will you. That means sharing your experience openly - what worked, what didn’t, and what we learned. You’ll help customers succeed, and help us become better at helping them.

You can be located anywhere - but perfect written and spoken English is a must. You’ll be communicating with technical teams, senior execs, and partners all over the world.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the journey from demo to production launch
  • Guide onboarding, configuration, and early usage
  • Step in if support isn’t landing it - you’re the escalation path
  • Escalate across the company as needed - no silos, no gatekeeping
  • Build real trust with customers through transparency and consistency
  • Share field insights and lessons learned as part of our build-in-public ethos
  • Be the internal voice of the customer, not a proxy for sales
