Pepp & Dolores in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to oversee the back-of-house, ensure quality, and uphold our brand standards. You will support the Kitchen Manager in daily operations, lead a team, and maintain exceptional hospitality and food safety throughout service.

You will be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and developing kitchen staff, executing recipes accurately, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.
