Pepp & Dolores in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to oversee the back-of-house, ensure quality, and uphold our brand standards. You will support the Kitchen Manager in daily operations, lead a team, and maintain exceptional hospitality and food safety throughout service.

The Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the kitchen through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Assistant Kitchen Manager reports directly to the Kitchen Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
