Job summary

Buckle seeks talent for a brand-new store at the Carolina Premium Outlets in Smithfield, NC. The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager roles support guest service, sales, merchandising and store operations, working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and lead Teammates.

This is a progression path from AIT to Assistant Manager with expanded duties. The team will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, applying product knowledge, achieving sales

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: Greet guests, answer questions, assist with merchandise, provide legendary service.
• Coaching and training: Recruit and develop Teammates, lead training, ensure performance standards.
• Operations: Flex scheduling, POS procedures, loss prevention and store policies.
• Supervisory and Leadership: Provide feedback, mentor team, handle scheduling and district coverage.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Assist Store Manager in supervision.
