Concord is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping, laundry and house person staff, ensuring the property's cleanliness from guest rooms to public areas.

You will collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance to sustain high standards and drive guest satisfaction, while coaching your team, onboarding new hires, and supporting career development within a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor.
• Good communications skills, outgoing and able to speak professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Pride in workmanship and the ability to lead others to success.
• Active engagement and passion for the workplace with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping, laundry and house person teams and own the property’s cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure guest experience meets standards.
• Model behavior, mentor, onboard, train, and manage performance of the housekeeping team.
• Drive productivity while maintaining safety and quality in guest areas and rooms.
• Lead and coordinate with other departments to exceed guest expectations.
