Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping department operations.
• Assist Housekeeping Director in team management.
• Train and supervise staff to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Conduct regular room and public area inspections.
• Participate in financial planning and labor management.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Create schedules, review timesheets, assign tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards compliance.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and management functions.
• Review guest requests and address issues proactively.
• Ensure completion of maintenance and cleaning projects biannually.
• Perform any other duties as requested by leadership.
