Job summary

M Social Sunnyvale, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Housekeeping Manager in daily operations, uphold cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.

You will lead and develop teams, coach staff, manage scheduling, inspections, and inventory, and serve as Manager on Duty when needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience through strong operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop housekeeping teams to maintain high cleanliness and guest experience.
• Ensure adherence to safety, OSHA, and chemical handling standards.
• Coach, train, and performance-develop housekeeping staff.
• Maintain inventory, scheduling, and departmental documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Housekeeping department.
• Coordinate room assignments and staffing for efficient operations.
• Ensure guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house meet brand standards.
• Conduct routine inspections for quality and consistency.
• Assist in managing daily room readiness to support Front Office.
