Job summary

Community First Credit Union in Manitowoc, WI seeks an Assistant Head Teller to support the Head Teller, supervise teller activities, and ensure operational soundness while delivering a WOW member experience. You will balance cash drawers, monitor ATM/CDM activity, train tellers, handle daily duties, and help manage cash and compliance in a friendly, team-driven environment with daytime hours.

Three years’ experience, supervisory background preferred; strong communication, time management, and

Qualifications

Three years’ relevant experience; prior teller and supervisory experience preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and web-based software packages.
Passion for providing outstanding service to members.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional WOW service to internal and external members.
Balance and close cash drawer daily and assist with balancing cash drawers and postings.
Balance ATM/CDM/recycler, general ledgers, and vault daily.
Provide guidance and training to Tellers on operating procedures and regulatory changes.
