Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in management, early childhood development, human services or related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in designing, developing and reporting program services for children, families and stakeholders.
• Ensure safe, healthy environments across program sites through monitoring and quality improvement.
• Oversee facilities, budgeting, procurement and vendor contracts to support operations.
• Provide supervision, coaching and training to staff and volunteers.
• Develop and implement program policies, goals and governance activities.
