Job summary

PF Management Group seeks an Assistant Manager for our gym in Bozeman, Montana. You will help recruit, train and supervise staff, oversee member check-in and front desk operations, and ensure a superior, judgment-free member experience.

You will back up the Club Manager, manage schedules, track weekly and monthly statistics, and assist with supply ordering within budget constraints while upholding PF brand standards.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills.
• Experience working as a Member Service Representative at Planet Fitness.
• Solid supervisory, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• CPR Certification and high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests with superior customer service.
• Assist with Staff Management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Assist in scheduling and supervising staff.
• Member service oversight - Ensuring staff provides a superior customer experience.
• Assist in resolving or escalating employee issues or concerns.
