You will assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing staff, manage front desk activities, and provide backup to the Club Manager. The role emphasizes superior customer service, staff scheduling, and facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills; prefer fitness industry.
• Experience as Member Service Representative at Planet Fitness is preferred.
• Strong supervisory, diplomacy and listening skills required.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• CPR certification required.
• Must be 18 or older. High school diploma/GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring and developing a high-performing staff.
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere and ensure excellent customer service.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager; schedule and supervise staff.
• Oversee front desk operations: answering phones and member check-ins.
• Handle member requests and issues; resolve escalations.
• Assist with cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
• Assist with supplies budgeting and inventory.
