D1 Training Bozeman is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead a high-energy sales team, drive membership growth, and connect with prospective athletes. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to maintain an exceptional guest experience and hit sales targets.

The ideal candidate loves sales, builds relationships, and takes ownership. Nights and some weekends required; gym, fitness, or hospitality experience is a plus. Join a dynamic, community-focused team at D1 Training Bozeman.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record with lead follow-up and closing
• Ability to build rapport and understand athletes’ goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization to manage multiple leads simultaneously
• Energetic, coachable and competitive mindset

Responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound leads via phone, text, email, and in person
• Conduct facility tours and consultations with prospective athletes
• Convert leads into memberships and work toward sales goals
• Build relationships with members to deliver a world-class experience
• Support GM in managing the sales process and KPI tracking
• Track leads, appointments, conversions and other sales metrics
• Re-engage past leads and former members to generate new opportunities
• Assist with member check-ins, memberships, payments, and POS tasks
• Help train team on sales conversations and follow-up
• Support events, marketing, and community outreach
• Maintain a strong floor presence and professional representation
• Step in to assist GM and team as needed
