D1 Training Bozeman is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead a high-energy sales team and drive membership growth. You will follow up with leads, conduct tours, and coach teammates to deliver exceptional member experiences.

You will work closely with the General Manager to hit sales targets, manage processes, and foster a winning, results-oriented culture in a gym that emphasizes community and athlete achievement.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience and ability to close.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication, both on the phone and in person.
• Highly organized with multiple leads and conversations.
• Energetic, coachable, and able to contribute to a high-performance team.
• Passion for fitness and helping people achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up with inbound leads via phone, text, email, and in-person.
• Conduct facility tours and consultations with prospective athletes.
• Convert leads into memberships and pursue sales goals.
• Build relationships with members to deliver a world-class D1 experience.
• Support GM in managing sales process and team accountability.
• Track leads, appointments, conversions, and other KPIs.
• Re-engage past leads and former members for opportunities.
• Assist with member check-ins, memberships, and POS operations.
• Coach team members on sales conversations and follow-up.
• Support events, marketing, and community outreach.
