Job summary

10 Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily club operations, supervise staff, and ensure an outstanding member experience. You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain staffing, enforce policies, and deliver a safe, friendly environment for members.

Responsibilities include leading staff meetings, coaching team members, managing payroll, and driving monthly and yearly financial goals while upholding 10 Fitness standards across all locations.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in sales/customer service required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred; PT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing with GM, including hiring/firing and scheduling.
• Maintain consistent communications with staff through meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Manage club profitability by controlling payrolls and expenses.
• Lead staff training and development activities.
