COPPELL CLUB 24 LLC in Coppell, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading a team and driving revenue growth while ensuring an excellent member experience.

You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and help develop a high-performing team across CLUB4 operations, with monthly bonus potential and a focus on customer service and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff to achieve sales and service goals.
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
• Support staff development and coaching.
• Collaborate with GM and Regional Manager on issues.
• Promote a superior customer experience within the Club.
• Drive membership sales and community engagement.
• Ensure deposits, policy compliance, and inventory management.
• Schedule staff and ensure adequate coverage in GM absence.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
