Job summary

GRAPEVINE CLUB 24 LLC seeks a General Manager to lead a full staff, drive revenue, and ensure an outstanding member experience. You will manage operations, budgeting, deposits, and payroll while mentoring team members to reach KPI targets and earn monthly bonuses.

The role requires a strong sales/guest-service background, a high school diploma (GED acceptable), and CPR/AED certification, with travel to other clubs as needed.

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sales background and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to other clubs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff including managers and front desk personnel.
• Oversee daily operations, budgeting and financials.
• Drive sales performance and membership growth.
• Maintain facility standards, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure deposits, payroll and scheduling accuracy.
• Promote Club4Fitness within local communities.
