Job summary

Invited Clubs in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations at the club and enhance member experiences. You will assist Pro Shop activities, coordinate golf-related services, promote programs, and train staff, while upholding our service standards and club policies.

This role emphasizes customer service, event promotion, and collaboration with team members to deliver a welcoming environment for members and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PGA certification preferred (associate level).
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Commitment to upholding ethical work standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members through golf events, personalized interactions and promotion of golf programs.
• Assist in pro-shop operations and handicap program to deliver seamless service.
• Coordinate, promote and manage tournaments and golf-related events.
• Provide guidance to golf attendants and staff on customer service excellence and tee time management.
• Maintain consistency in operational procedures and golf cart storage.

Education
