Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations and Pro Shop activities while delivering exceptional member and guest experiences. This role emphasizes staff training, merchandise presentation, and adherence to club policies and standards.

The candidate will promote golf programs, assist with tournaments, handicap management, and practice facilities, and work closely with the Head Golf Professional to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• PGA certification preferred (associate level).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members through events and promote golf programs.
• Support cleanliness and organization of outside areas and equipment storage.
• Coordinate, promote and manage golf tournaments and events.
• Assist in managing the handicap program, pro-shop operations and practice facilities.
• Provide guidance to attendants and staff on customer service, tee time management and check-in procedures.
• Maintain consistency in operational procedures and club standards.
