Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring Assistant Managers & Shift Supervisors to support daily operations across our Dunkin/Burger King/Auntie Anne's/retail brands. You will lead teams, coach staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards at our NJ locations.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to manage cash, inventory, and policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and align with business objectives.
• Supervise non-management staff, assign work, coach shifts supervisors, and monitor operations.
• Step in during the General Manager's absence and maintain smooth store operations.
• Motivate staff during low morale and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Maintain brand standards, cash management, and timely reporting per directives.
• Resolve customer issues and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Track inventory with spot counts and reconciliation to reports.
