Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store operations, inventory control, coach the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment, understand safety procedures, and use telecommunication devices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and work with the general manager and other leaders to assure that any changes are communicated to employees.
• Coach, training, and development to the team focused on service standards and accountability to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget to meet business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
