Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store staff, tracking inventory, and achieving key metrics. You will ensure regulatory compliance and deliver excellent patient experiences in a fast-growing retail cannabis environment.

The role requires prior management in retail or customer service, cash handling experience, and the ability to train a 40+-person team while upholding confidentiality and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal and confidential communication skills.
• English communication proficiency to work with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies for service standards and sales.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Coach, train and develop team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and manage store inventory and labor budget.
• Resolve patient issues and escalate when on duty.
