Location: Hagerstown, MD | Schedule: Full-time, on-site, flexible schedule with 5-day, 10-hour shifts | Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 base salary, plus monthly bonus and 1% profit-sharing paid annually

Overview

A multi-unit quick-serve hamburger restaurant franchise with locations across several states is seeking a General Manager to lead one of its busy locations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for daily operations, team performance, and guest experience at a high-volume restaurant.

What you'll do

• Manage total store operations and lead a team of 40+ employees
• Foster a culture where guests feel welcomed and receive excellent product quality
• Manage the P&L through smart business planning and expense control
• Oversee hiring, training, developing, motivating, and scheduling of team members
• Manage food ordering systems, store sanitation, and cash handling procedures
• Read and manage budgets and P&L statements
• Drive sales through local store marketing initiatives and sales-building promotions
• Act as a brand ambassador and build repeat business through excellent customer service

Required qualifications

Compensation and benefits

• Salary: $70,000-$75,000
• Monthly bonus, amount based on experience
