Unknown is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a quick-service hamburger restaurant in Carlisle, PA, to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage a shift team, uphold food quality and safety, and drive profitability through smart planning, inventory control, and local marketing initiatives. Competitive base salary plus a monthly bonus and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QSR restaurant management experience.
• Experience in team building, sales-building promotions, and customer service.
• Experience in hiring, training, marketing, ordering, and scheduling.
• P&L experience.
• Experience managing food quality, food safety, and sanitation systems.
• Experience with training, inventory management, goal setting, and delegating tasks.
• Experience with follow-up and reporting results.
• ServSafe certification.
• Flexible schedule availability; able to work 5-day, 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations and lead a shift team of 10+ employees.
• Ensure guests feel welcomed and receive excellent product quality.
• Manage the P&L through smart business planning and expense control.
• Teach and uphold excellent customer service standards.
• Oversee ordering, local store marketing, and brand ambassadorship.
• Drive sales and repeat business through local initiatives.
• Manage food quality, food safety, and sanitation systems.
• Oversee training, inventory management, and goal setting.
• Delegate tasks to team members and follow up on results.
• Report on operational and business results.
