Requirements include 2+ years of QSR management, ServSafe certification, and a flexible 5-day, 10-hour shift. The role offers base salary $55-60K with a monthly bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QSR management experience.
• Experience with team building, promotions, customer service, hiring, and scheduling.
• ServSafe certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation and lead a 10+ person shift team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and quality.
• Oversee P&L with budgeting, expense control, inventory, ordering, marketing, and brand advocacy to grow sales and repeat business.
