KBP Brands is hiring an Assistant General Manager at our KFC restaurant. You will lead and mentor a team, ensure outstanding guest service, and manage daily operations to meet standards and profitability. The role emphasizes safety, cost control, and growth within a nationwide leadership program.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly for memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges during shifts.
