Job summary

sbe is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Beverly Hills to support the General Manager in running all restaurant operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will drive profitability, uphold quality standards, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring daily execution.

This role serves as second-in-command, stepping in for the General Manager when needed and promoting a culture of hospitality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive restaurant management experience in a high-end, service-focused environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Working knowledge of labor management, scheduling, inventory controls, and restaurant financials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency.
• Lead managers, supervisors, and hourly staff in service and operational standards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest service.
